Manchester United paid a truly astronomical fee for a young talent- £ 12 million for two seasons playing in the club.  He made his debut as player of Manchester United against a team called Bolton. He went to the battlefield after an hour of the start of the game, when Manchester was losing 1-0. He scored two goals and delightful penalties, breaking through the invincible protection of Bolton. The next day all the newspapers called him one of the best players in the history of Manchester United. The following two years Ronaldo showed the world how to play soccer, giving his amateurs a huge amount of entertainment.
